Public Notice: ULFW & BEAD Location Eligibility Update
Unlicensed Fixed Wireless (ULFW) providers in the CNMI have until Friday, June 22 to submit a new notice of intent and evidence that BEAD funding is not required for areas they serve.
All providers—regardless of past submissions—must follow the updated requirements in the BEAD Restructuring Policy Notice (June 6, 2025), specifically Section 4 & Appendix A.
