The CNMI Broadband Policy and Development Office (BPD) has initiated the Challenge Process. This process consists of three phases: Challenge, Rebuttal, and Adjudication. Each phase will last for 30 days, making the total duration of the Challenge Process 90 days. While the Challenge Process is only applicable to eligible entities, all related documents are available for public viewing.
